I would rate Texas Green Air as excellent and beyond excellent on everything including: professionalism, promptness, job super well done and below cost of what the work done was worth, did not try to sell me any service, cleaned around ceiling air vents and blew out floor level intake area as an extra without extra cost, extremely honest and meticulous in the work done in the amount of time that was needed to do a great job.

The office telephone service was also exceptionally good as she was friendly, patient with my questions, and professional. She answered all my questions that she could and was truthful when she didn’t know an answer. Without my asking, she called the owner of the company for an answer to one of my questions and then called me with the answer. She made me feel like a real person and not just a possible customer. I really appreciated that.

I have already recommended Texas Green Air to several friends and will continue to tell all of my friends about how happy I am to find a company I can trust and will definitely call again.

We had you come to clean out our dryer duct. Eran noted that even though he had cleaned our vent the air flow was not correct. Eran went above and beyond to find the problem and correct it. These folks are great! They came out the same day I called and did excellent work. They know their business and they are great people.

I had been told by another air duct cleaning company that the vents in a rental property of mine had black mold and were going to require an intensive and very expensive cleaning and treatment. After researching that company I found out they had a bad reputation online and an F rating with the BBB. I called on TX Green Air after seeing their stellar rep online and with the BBB. They came out, assessed my vents, and told me there was mold but not anything anything dramatic. They gave me a price ahead of time and the actual amount was right on the penny. Plus they were done in less than two hours. I am an extremely satisfied customer and am recommending them to anyone and everyone who will listen. Thanks TX Green Air!!

Thank you Clayton for recognizing the extra work we did for you! It was definitely our pleasure. To address the height issue/concern of yours, the chimney was twelve feet from the roof line. This would be considered almost a two story chimney and required us to put a ladder on the roof to access it. We price based on the height of the chimney itself, not the house. I called Texas Green Air due to Val Pak coupon for Chimney cleaning @ $89 for one story house. They came out and said my chimney was well over 12 feet high so charge would be $129 for a 1 1/2 story instead of $89. I don't know of any chimney that is only 12 feet high so I think Eran needs to change their advertisement to address this more clearly and fully disclose. I would use them again since it is a family business.

*** They did help me out though with another issue. I had some tree limbs that were rubbing against the Chimney and they said they would cut them for me since I could provide a good saw. I felt this was above and beyond their duty and helped me out a lot - so the extra money I paid was worth it to me since I do not like to climb on the roof.

We had Texas Green Air clean our carpets today. Our beloved dog was sick and had several accidents on the carpet. They spot treated the areas then cleaned them & the carpet looks amazing!! We were worried we would have to replace the carpet in a new house in two rooms but we were wrong. Texas Green Air saved our carpet. They were fast, professional and great to work with. I would use them again and reccomend then to everyone. THANK YOU!!

I needed services for my air ducts and carpet.s While flipping through the Val-Pak coupons, I happened upon Texas Green Air. I noticed that they were a local "green" company, had a great BBB rating and their prices seemed to be just right. When the supervisor and techncian arrived on-time, I was impressed and moreso, was impressed with the professional service that I received in my ducts and carpet. They were friendly and very polite. They answered my questions and were very helpful. They kept the charge as quoted by their prfoessional office staff, and now, my air and carpet feel like brand new! I would and will definitely refer Texas Green Air to my friends and family.

Arrived on time. Very professional and patient. I am a new condo resident, so the technician and I had to search for the proper exterior vent. Very thorough cleaning job!

We had never used our fireplace in the 5 years we owned our house so we wanted to get is clean before using it. We chose Texas Green Air because they had reasonable prices posted on their website and a good BBB rating. They showed up tight on time. Even though the chimney was very dirty because the previously owners apparently never cleaned it, the workers finished quickly and charged exactly the price I was quoted. I highly recommend their service and will use them again.

THE BEST. They cleaned the ducts and on top of that, offered to clean the ceiling fans or dryer vent free of charge (I picked the ceiling fans) They were fun and so nice. I would recommend them to anyone. Our furnace had never been serviced or cleaned for YEARS. Eran went in and cleaned it all and brought us up to date on how to conserve energy and how to adjust the thermostat. Anyone would find it a pleasure to have them come out. The price was FANTASTIC!
